GOODWILL MESSAGE FROM ẸGBẸ́ ÀJỌṢÈPÒ FÚN ÌTẸ̀SÍWÁJÚ GBOGBO WA

On the Occasion of the 2026 Annual Get-Together of the Òkè-Ògùn Indigenous Youths Solidarity Forum (OOIYSF)

The leadership and entire membership of Ẹgbẹ́ Àjọṣèpọ̀ Fún Ìtẹ̀síwájú Gbogbo Wa heartily congratulate the Òkè-Ògùn Indigenous Youths Solidarity Forum (OOIYSF) on the occasion of your 2026 Annual Get-Together at the historic Igboho City Hall.

We salute the resilience, intellect, and unalloyed commitment of our youth. You are not just the future of Òkè-Ògùn; you are the active engine room of our current struggle for regional equity, socio-economic emancipation, and structural justice within Oyo State.

The Mandate of Uncompromising Unity

As we gather to celebrate our shared heritage, we must confront the political reality of our time with absolute honesty. For too long, the immense agrarian wealth, vast landmass, and formidable population of Òkè-Ògùn have been used to build political fortresses for others, leaving our people with the crumbs of governance.

The upcoming election presents us with a historic crossroads. It is no longer business as usual. The ultimate emancipation of our region cannot be achieved through fragmented efforts or individual ambitions. We must achieve total, uncompromising unity. Our political oppressors rely entirely on our division. They count on the false narrative that Òkè-Ògùn cannot speak with one voice. In this forthcoming political cycle, we must shatter that illusion. Our votes must be unified, our resources must be pooled, and our strategy must be single-minded.

Prioritizing Òkè-Ògùn Above All Else

Our message to every son and daughter of the soil—both at home and in the diaspora—is simple: We must learn to prioritize Òkè-Ògùn above any political party, personal ambition, or temporary financial inducement. If it does not serve the infrastructural development of Òkè-Ògùn, we must reject it. If it does not guarantee the economic liberation of our youth, we must oppose it. If it does not respect our right to lead Oyo State, we must walk away from it. Òkè-Ògùn must become our primary political religion.

Our Covenant with the Youth

Ẹgbẹ́ Àjọṣèpọ̀ Fún Ìtẹ̀síwájú Gbogbo Wa stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the OOIYSF. We commit to providing the institutional backing, mentorship, and political platform required to ensure that the energy of our youth is channeled into real, systemic power.

Let us leave Igboho City Hall not just as celebrants, but as unified soldiers of a common destiny.

Òkè-Ògùn Ló Kàn—and through our collective unity, we shall claim our rightful place.

 Long live OOIYSF!

 Long live Òkè-Ògùn!

Long live Oyo State!
