In a resounding testament to academic brilliance, administrative competence, and unwavering dedication, Professor Caleb Ayoade Aborisade has been officially appointed as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the prestigious Abiola Ajimobi Technical University (Tech-U), Ibadan.

To understand the weight of this appointment, one must look at the sterling track record Professor Aborisade brings to the table. He is a Full Professor specializing in Engineering Physics as well as Medical and Health Physics. Armed with a Doctor of Philosophy, he boasts over three decades of robust experience spanning university teaching, groundbreaking research, academic leadership, and dedicated public service.


Professor Aborisade is no stranger to the corridors of administration at Tech-U. Before his elevation to the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, he had successfully served in several high-capacity roles, including:

* Acting Dean of Student Affairs

* Head of Department

* Member of the University Governing Council


Furthermore, he currently serves as the Principal Investigator for a highly competitive TETFund National Research Fund Project, underscoring his status as a heavy hitter in Nigeria's research ecosystem. His academic footprint extends far beyond the shores of Nigeria, benefiting from international exposure such as his participation in the prestigious ICTP/IAEA Training Course on Radiation Protection of Patients in Trieste, Italy.
