Alh. Suleiman Adegoke

Following a week of massive digital and physical celebrations marking his glorious retirement from the Federal Civil Service and his 60th diamond jubilee, retired National Examinations Council (NECO) Director, Alhaji Sulaiman Adegoke, has released an official message of gratitude to his well-wishers.

In a heartfelt "Thank You" note made available to the public, the illustrious Igboho son expressed deep emotion over the outpouring of love, prayers, and celebratory fanfare he received from his hometown, colleagues, and associates globally.

Appreciation to the Grassroots and Associations

Alhaji Adegoke directed his first wave of gratitude to the people, specifically acknowledging the various socio-cultural and professional bodies that united to make his milestone a viral sensation.

"I want to thank and appreciate the good and loving people of Igboho both at home and in the Diaspora with Igboho NECO Forum, Irepo Grammar School Igboho Old Students Association (IGSIOSA), and Ifelodun Omo Igboho as points of contact, for celebrating my 60th Birthday cum Retirement... with prayers, kind words, funfair, and words of exaltations," he wrote.

He further thanked everyone who contributed to making the occasion a memorable one by amplifying the publicity across all social media platforms.

A Special Commendation for Ayekooto Media

In a deeply humbling segment of his appreciation note, the retired Director singled out 'Ayekooto Media' and its Publisher for special recognition, offering powerful prayers for the platform's global expansion.

"I specifically appreciate the Ayekooto Media Outfit under the Publisher/Editor-in-Chief, Mr. David Alani Ige (The Scribe and Poet of our generation) for turning the celebration into major news items for publication. I wish him and his Media Group success in his chosen career and Tabloid. I pray that his Tabloid shall be known and read internationally/globally just like ARISE NEWS, CNN & AL-JAZEERA."

Prayers for the Active Workforce

Never one to forget those he is leaving behind in the workforce, Alhaji Adegoke extended a fatherly prayer to civil servants and corporate workers still striving in their respective fields.

"Those of you who are still in active services in NECO and other public and private organizations, I pray for the successful end of your careers, and you will also rise to the pinnacles of your careers with resounding successes. Amen."

He concluded his emotional address with a deeply cultural and resounding expression of gratitude: "I appreciate all of you for the honour! Thank you. Modupe, modupe, modupe ooooo."
